Do want to incorporate technology?  Do you want to take physical activity outside of the walls of the gymnasium?   Do you want to impact all teachers, students, and the community in your district? Do you want your students practicing 21st Century skills? Do you want clear learning outcomes?  Then this session is for you…..all wrapped up in one.)

Target audience-HPE SOL and Grade Level: Physical Education and Health Teachers (7th-12th grade)


  • Presentation Description: In this session, you will learn about Project Based Learning.  You will be exposed to strategies that empower students to be actively engaged in their own learning. In this session you will see how Physical Activity Breaks were implemented into a school district by students!  You will leave this session knowing how to implement Project Based Learning for any topic that is relevant to your students.
